James Bowers, our Chief Investment Officer graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a degree in Finance and an emphasis in investment advisory.

James spent a number of years on the cost management area, assisting self insured medical facilities in reducing workers compensation claims costs. In 2005 he took a position with an investment advisory firm located in Newport Beach, CA. His areas of specialization included precious metals, energy, and other natural resources.

In 2006 Mr. Bowers accepted a position as managing parter and global macro portfolio manager in an investment advisory firm with over 35 years of experience servicing hundreds of individual and corporate clients throughout the nation.

It is with this extensive experience in portfolio management that he has founded Bowers Wealth Management to assist clients in finding global opportunities with the macro picture in mind. BWM was created to provide the quality, independent, and personalized advice often lacking within the investment management industry.
